wrong it's!! I dont think I need to finish that sentence because

So whats wrong? Slow speeds, Dropping/intermittent connection or
No connection? First things first have you got a line fault? most
broadband issues are caused by a voice fault, line crackle, hissing
etc if you have a voice fault this is what needs investigating not
your broadband.
